Weaver Companies represents the corporate entity under which several companies operate autonomously with each focused on a different aspect of the real estate business. Weaver Development Co. & Weaver Homes, Inc., established 1980; Weaver Commercial Properties established 1985; Weaver Realtors established 1988, T/A Century 21 Weaver & Associates since 1995; Weaver Residential Services established 1995. This full-service team approach gives each company a built-in advantage in all aspects of commercial and residential development, building and sales. We thank all of our current and past employees, associates, clients, customers, vendors and affiliates for their support as we look forward to continuing our tradition of excellent service.

Frank Weaver, Chairman

Contact Frank's first business venture, at about 10 years old, was a small garden, selling vegetables to his neighbors or trading with them for something they had that he needed. Four years later at 14, he used the money he earned through farming and working weekends pumping gas and washing cars, to begin dabbling in the consumer loan business by lending money to the seasonal farm workers that he was responsible for getting to the tobacco fields and making sure they had food and lodging. His first career move was to the apparel business where he soon became the national sales manager and eventually a partner in the company. He and his partners sold that company in 1980, and Frank decided to mix his love for the land with his love for sales and marketing, hence the birth of Weaver Companies. His unyielding work ethic is only surpassed by his dedication to each of the Weaver Companies and their respective personnel. To unwind, Frank enjoys playing golf, saltwater fishing, hunting and occasionally cooking for his family and friends.

Neal McLeod, Comptroller

Contact Neal has been associated with Weaver Companies since 2004.  As Comptroller, he is responsible for accounting management of all internal systems with all companies. Neal’s  administrative experience and personality allows him to communicate effectively with all personnel and maintain excellent outside relationships with our Banks, Vendors and Customers. When Neal is not busy with business he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams. Go Demon Deacons!!

Yvonne Shelton, Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Contact Yvonne was born in Akron, Ohio but grew up in Fayetteville.  Before coming to Weaver Companies, she worked with a large local law firm as a Foreclosure Analyst for 5 years, and then moved to California and worked as an Office Assistant for a CPA firm.  Yvonne has been with Weaver Companies since January 2009 as the Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Pam Kupfner, Accounting

Contact Pam joined Weaver Companies in 2006 bringing with her over 30 years of multi-disciplinary administrative experience within a broad range of industries. Currently, she works in the accounting department performing several tasks for our commercial real estate and home building companies.

In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She feels truly blessed to have wonderful in-laws, siblings, nieces & nephews, and friends, as well as a very supportive church family.  Her dream is to one day travel the world, but until that time, she’ll be content with the wonderful places she has been and will look forward to what tomorrow brings.  As for hobbies, Pam enjoys reading, sightseeing, museums, is a history enthusiast, and a realty TV show junkie.
